1.0 - General
      1.1 - What you can do with a preset from me:

   a) Terms of Service are subject to change at any given time as seen fit

   b) All persons who have made an adopt purchase are liable to these new terms

   c) Failure to follow either new or old terms will result in the revocation of the adopt you bought [see section 7.0]
   d) If confusion stirs about any given term, do not hesitate to contact me
   e) ADOPTABLE, COMMISSION, and BLACKLIST terms apply to preset adopts and commissions (click each for their link)

      1.2 - Game Usage

               a) Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my presets or designs on oFH/Onward FeralHeart/the original FeralHeart                          game, due to continuous drama and no support from the staff, I would like my work to never be used there and strictly on
                    FeralHeart Unleashed.

2.0 - Do's and Don'ts

      2.1 - What you can do with a preset ADOPT or COMMISSION from me:
              a) Add any desired items or use different parts/customizations than what was shown
              b) Sell the preset if you decide you no longer want it. The price can be accumulated determined by how much you've spent on                          them.
              c) Roleplay with them, add them to groups or make your own, give them your own lore, etc!
              d) Make minor edits to the preset or design

      2.2 - What you cannot do with a preset ADOPT or COMMISSION from me:
             a) IMPORTANT: You are NOT permitted under any circumstances to create any designs in relation to the one you buy. This                             includes but is not limited to - Litters/pups, siblings, parents/other family.
             b) Do not be the person who buys presets or designs to sell them for more than they got them for immediately after. This will                           result in an immediate permanent blacklist. (ex; buying a $10 wolf adopt and selling it for more than $10 for your own gain).
             c) Do not claim the design or preset as your own work.
             d) Sell or trade presets to anyone on my blacklist



3.0 - Credit and your usage
      3.1 - Crediting properly - in-game and outside
            a) Inside of Unleashed, you can simply put "Preset/character by xDirewolfy) in your biography

            b) When posting any form of media that involves the preset(s) in question outside of Unleashed, I require credit at all times. I can                       be properly credited by the following outside of the game:
                          - Character by https://Deviantart.com/xDirewolfy
                          - Character by https://Twitter.com/xDirewolfy
                          - Character by https://Toyhou.se/Direwoofy (or xDirewolfy)
            c) You must understand that "character not by me" is not a valid form of credit.
            d) You are permitted to publish your works of the adopt on any given safe site, so long as credit is properly displayed.
            e) Any post under the character's origins on Toyhou.se do not require more credit than what is already on the page

4.0 - Extras
      4.1 - In response to 2.2 A;
            a) If you are interested in said character having offspring, I can offer you a custom design for $5 ($10 less than my custom pricing)                   using both parents. All rules apply to this design as well.
             b) Adopted family is entirely fine. The only thing stated here is that you do not make another design based or similar to the one                     you purchase from me.
              c) If you are interested in said character having offspring, I can offer you a custom design for $5 ($10 less than my custom                               pricing) using both parents. All rules apply to this design as well.
              
      4.2 - Transferring the ownership of a design

            a) You are permitted to trade, sell, or transfer the ownership of an adopt to anyone who is not apart of the blacklist.
            b) When doing any sort of character transfer to another user, you must come to me and tell me who you are giving them to.
            c) The user you are trading to must also be a member of Toyhou.se, for safety and design security purposes.
            d) (This is rather a tip than a term) When purchasing commissions of your design, be sure to keep a total of all money spent, so                         that you know what to sell them for if you choose to do so


5.0 - Payment
      5.1 - Monetary, art, or game currency payments
             a) Full payment is required before transferring the adopt/design/preset

 

6.0 - Removal agreement
       6.1 - Terms of removal/term breaking
             a) In the case of failure to credit me properly, you will first be asked to edit your post or page and fully provide me credit.

             b) Refusal to credit me on any given post regardless of media subjects you to a DMCA notice to have the post removed.
             c) Any and all failure to abide to (2.2, a) will result in the immediate termination of your permission to use the adopt, and you                       will be blacklisted. You will be asked once if you desire a refund of the original amount you paid.
             d) Under any case of refusal of the above term (7.1. c), the adopt will still be fully removed from your account and it will be                              resold, and you will not get any form of payment back. Continuation to use the design subjects you to a DMCA without                                warning.
             e) Following terms (7.1, c and d), any copied designs require deletion.
             f) Any failure to abide by my blacklist terms will result in the same conclusion as (7.1, b, c, and a)
             g) If at all necessary, any theft or ToS rules broken can and will be reported to Unleashed staff
