Blacklisted users
1.0 Basic
- These blacklist rules apply to any and all other terms on this website, regardless of where the media is used.
- First and foremost, you will not be removed from this list under any circumstances. You are here for a reason, and begging will only add to your list
- This list is NOT to create or further approve future drama.
- If you are friends with any of the blacklisted users, please don't commission me.. at all. In fact, block me immediately.
- This list, while it does state the reasons, is no way promotion of harassment towards these people. Block them if you desire and move on.
- In the case of blacklisted users reaching out me to resolve the issues between us, a message of understanding will be added to their name, but they will remain on this list.
- Blacklisted users will only be removed if;
- The information against them is proved false or fake
1.1 If your name is on this list, you:

Are not permitted to purchase any of my designs, customs, adopts, or others.

Are not permitted to make requests or commissions

Are not permitted to bypass bans or blocks with alternate accounts to get art or designs from me

Are especially not allowed to copy, trace, steal, or rip off any designs created by me and sold.

Are bound to any and all terms that are linked to a type of art you've gotten from me BEFORE you were added to the blacklist.
1.2 If you are not on this list, you:

Are not permitted to sell, trade, give away, or in any way give a design, custom, or art piece to anyone ON the list

Are not permitted to sell or in any way give a design to the listed people on an alternate account

Are not permitted to request a commission of art of or involving their characters OR a design/adopt they have created

Are not permitted to commission or request art for them (essentially in no way can or will they ever receive art from me)
2.0 Failure to comply - removal
- In the case of failure to follow my blacklist rules, you will be added to this list as well, including the reason
- If any of the blacklisted users are caught with one of my designs, they will be instantly reported without notice to any and all sites they use the design on.

Blacklisted Users(permanent)
Reason:
Cyberstalking, cyberbullying/harassment, refusing proof and not staking back on disproved claims, ban evading, block evading, doxxing and threatening to doxx, dropping their ex's location in a YouTube video, harassing minors under the age of 18, previously sending death threats to staff of a game over markings, downloading/drawing characters without permission, refusing to follow ToS, original character theft, homophobia and ableism + using being trans as an "I can't be homophobic if I'm LGBTQ+" crutch, telling a minor to kill themselves, wishing rape upon me as a minor, wishing harm upon someone's pet, impersonation, altering/forging screenshots, excessively creating lies, unauthorized breeding of others' characters, threats of physical harm, having over 100 alternate accounts acting as their friends, theft under $5000, threatening suicide and self-harm in the presence of a minor, using alternate accounts to date someone likely underage, threatening others with "the dark web", claims and threats of hacking/logging private chats and servers, killing and resurrecting an imaginary person(causing trauma to someone who "knew him"), following people in video games and taking pictures of them without them knowing, lying about me threatening them/taking posts personally, threatening others with the police/solicitor/legal action, falsely DMCAing a post by Lolzcupcake, and the consistency to keep this up for over 10 years.

2024: Admitting to character theft of over 40 characters from various people and trying to use their "ToS" to glorify art theft, using an alt account to tell me and a friend to overdose myself on pills, harassing someone between the ages of 12 and 15, intentionally breeding my characters and the characters of others without anyone's permission (to which have broken my ToS and are under my ownership)

Reason:
Previously had drama with Touyjah and Khaleesikiyiyawolf with us, then turned back to them after a falling out. (Issue has been discussed with them privately and an understanding has been met). Any obtained art/designs may remain under their ownership without issue.

- Previous supporter of SharkyFelandian. On July 22nd 2023 this person tried to make a report on my best friend based on false information from SharkyFelandian. I understand the place they come from and we - I believe - are on respectful terms, but the blacklist will uphold just in case.

- Passive-aggressive comments and gaslighting vibes in response to a PSA about SharkyFelandian. Insists the situation is "not a big deal" and very anti-cancel culture and using this as if everyone thinks they way they do. Belittling people who are currently uncomfortable with putting their characters on private view only and telling them to "be a man like me and keep them public".

User: Anyone attempting to instigate further drama, agreements, or simply publicly talking about Touyjah/SharkyFelandian as of June 28th, 2024. Anyone further pushing the situation will be blocked without notice.

- I do not want to be associated with people who think egging the drama on is okay. Actions whether named or anonymous magically become a fault of everyone involved
