Because there is confusion, let me explain what I mean by taking ownership of something stolen:

- This is a case-by-case based term. I have no right to claim something that I have no proof of being stolen or a copy. If you do feel the need to copy me without giving me at least inspirational credit, I'm within my rights to use replications of my work. Better yet, ask to take inspiration, because 95% of the time I will say yes.

- If you breed my original character designs to make a new design without my permission, you are bound to this rule. This includes but is not limited to: breeding 2 of my characters together, breeding one of my OCs and someone else's OCs together, making "hypothetical children", or making/selling litters.

- If I need to contact somebody about potential theft, I will. IF and only if both parties are fully aware that the content (I.E something traced, discredited, or duplicated/modified) is infringing my rights, and it does not get removed, then and only then will I claim ownership. I will never simply take something without confrontation.

- If the incident is entirely coincidental - which yes, it happens - and can be proven, it will be dropped. This rule is purely for copying my works with the intention of misdemeanor, not because I feel like owning whatever I want.

- I will not follow this term just because "Oh, this looks like my character xyz, this is mine now." I frequently ask multiple outside sources "hey, does this look stolen to you?" if I am unsure.

- At the end of the day, thieves don't like being stolen from either. This is to prompt people to leave my content alone, and if the person stealing from me complies, then there is no need for me to do this or take further action.

This rule will go forth IF:
1. Person refuses
to take down the content after its been established as a copy
2. I am immediately blocked without confirmation of either side
3. If I suspect tracing and I am able to line up the infringing piece with my own exactly
4. Alongside rule #1 and #2; If I suspect character theft and I am able to pinpoint a certain number of similar characteristics
